No Refund, Exchange within 7 Days Policy
1. Items should be returned new, unused and with the Powder Closet or designer tags still attached.
2. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
3. All items are checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.
4.Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
5. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your exchange is processed as quickly as possible.
