Vending machines remind me of high school, when my friends and I would decide whether to buy Pepsi or Miranda during lunch period. But Italian fashion house Fendi wants the public school snack purveyor to remind us of something else...luxury handbags.
Vending machines dolling out high-end, fashionable products have been popping-up to wow passionate shopaholics. Fendi has now integrated this playful method of attracting fans at their Moda Mall store too. Fendi boutique windows have been transformed into dispensers of luxury. One of the windows shows two display highlighting the Baguette and the Peekaboo bags.

We all know the iconic Fendi Baguette bag since 1997, a deceptively small, simple handbag to be carried under the arm like the French loaf from which it takes its name, the Fendi Baguette has been produced in over 1000 versions. Which they also done a myBaguette app for iphones and android. And lets not forget the Peekaboo bag born in 2009 as its name evokes the popular hide-and-seek game that transcends times, or the fashion term used to describe the hidden slits between the bag. Fendi bags prices range between $1,500 - $4,700 (BD 563 - BD 1,763).
